And yeah, I really have no idea how the whole Caprica Six being able to see Head!Six would actually work, but I figure if Baltar gets to see his own Head!Gaius, why can't Caprica? I hope someday we get some sort of canon explanation of how all the different Head!People are able to exist and what they mean.
